On August 8, 2025, Wang Qiang, member of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, led a city research delegation to Neptune Logistics Group for an inspection and guidance session. Relevant leaders from the municipal and district party and government departments, as well as representatives from key enterprises, accompanied the delegation and participated in the symposium. Zhu Luzhi, Chairman and General Manager of Neptune Logistics Group, led the senior management team in receiving the delegation throughout the visit. The government’s deep engagement with frontline enterprises fully demonstrates its high regard and continuous care for the development of private market entities.
Zhu Luzhi accompanied the delegation on an on-site visit to the Group’s digital exhibition hall, systematically explaining the operation status of the China-Europe freight trains, and provided a detailed report on Neptune Logistics’ key innovative achievements in multimodal transport standardization, construction of intelligent logistics systems, optimization of international network layouts, and development of cross-border logistics channels.
At the subsequent government-enterprise symposium, Zhu Luzhi highlighted Neptune Logistics’ core advantages and strategic development plans in the cross-border logistics sector. He also addressed the overall framework for high-quality logistics development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, proposing constructive policy recommendations on key issues such as increasing the frequency of China-Europe freight trains, optimizing cross-border customs clearance efficiency, and supporting Chinese enterprises in "going global." These proposals received high praise and recognition from attending leaders. Standing Committee Member Wang Qiang emphasized that, in the face of complex and severe international circumstances, enterprises must continuously strengthen their development foundations, diligently improve management capabilities, and proactively seize national strategic opportunities and regional policy benefits. Relevant municipal departments will focus on enterprise demands, enhance service guarantees, and fully support enterprises in achieving higher-quality development.
