02 Confidence, the courage to win

At the semi-annual meeting, the team leaders of the Group's functional departments, marketing centers, business units and other teams reported on their performance in the first half of 2023 and their work plans for the second half of the year. Each team deeply analyzed the problems existing in the first half of the year, analyzed the situation, followed the Group's overall goal, disassembled the goal into tasks, and made collective efforts to promote the key and difficult issues in the operation and delivery of each project.
